All stages of the production process are strictly controlled and certified. The right degree of ripeness of the olives, manual harvesting, cold pressing within 12 hours and natural decanting maintain the aromas and organoleptic properties of this true olive juice unaltered. It is suggested to serve raw on salads, bruschetta, vegetables, legumes, meat and fish.
